Work Performance Evaluation is another FREE service we provide to make sure all is well at your new sales job. Our former students like this service because they feel more secure in their sales employment knowing that we are "out there" for their Guidance. We like the program because it gives us valuable data on our performance. We can add to or manipulate the curriculum based on the number of lower student grades in the various sections of our Sales Training course.

Always following-up on what's new.

Calling former students, on a regular basis, we find out what is working well for them and what is not. We pass the good things on to all past graduates. We also Evaluate ideas that are not working for our graduates in hope that we can Tweak the idea and our program into a super marketing phenomenon.

How we track your work progress.

High-Success Sales Training, Inc. will forward a Work Performance Evaluation report form to your employer or supervisor. Bi-monthly your superior will grade your progress in every section we cover in class. This is not a pass or fail report. It only gives us a good idea on how you are grasping what we taught you in class and if you may need more guidance on any section you've learned in class. Employee Performance is a critical part of our job to assure you success
