Find A Job NICHE For
Your Success And Happiness
Niche is defined in Webster's Dictionary as; one's ordained (Destined) position in life or public. Someone once explained to me, "Your Niche is your Comfort Zone, a familiar place or job where you can make a good, easy living." Very interesting words; Destined position, Comfort Zone, Job, Good Living. This sounds like the Perfect World. We have created the First ingredient needed for success...Sales Training. The Second ingredient is to help you find the Sales Career Job for your Destined position in life with the perfect Job Comfort Zone to provide a Good Living. Let's take a much closer look....
Our pledge to you in helping you find the Perfect Sales Job Position, or niche, starts in the classroom during Sales Training. We ask students to seriously think about what kind of product or service they would enjoy selling. Surely in the past you have seen or heard about something that really fascinated you, something you said to yourself "I could sell that." Just something that has been close to your heart. Each student gets their chance to discuss his choice with all class members. Some may agree with your choice, some may disagree and say you look like the type that would succeed in another type sales position. This exercise is very informative and loads of fun!
To further elaborate on your Comfort Zone, prior to being hired by a company, you need to ask the Human Resource (HR) person if there are Job-Niches within the company. Let me explain. If you are "Hell bent" on being a car salesman you must ask yourself and the HR person if you will be selling their new cars, used cars or both. If you are mechanically inclined perhaps you may want to be a service writer. Service writers sell repairs and make lots of money! So, what I am saying is those 4 jobs would be a Job-Niche. The same holds true for many other companies that sell their products or services through their sales department. Try to find the Perfect Comfort Zone Job within the company's sales Department.
About 95% of all job hunters never think, or don't even know, of asking about different sales positions within the sales department. It is to your Benefit to ask these types of questions while on your job interview.
P.S >>> One last Important Note. Other training companies use canned, right out of the book materials to try to teach you How to Sell. NOT GOOD! They don't help you find a job....they just Hang you out to dry. Don't fall for this "wanna be" type sales training.
P.S.S >>> We train by using our current selling experiences and by showing you the latest High-Tech methods of finding buyers AND we are Damned Street Smart when it comes to teaching you how to sell.
